**How to Cancel Your Ticket:** – **Direct Bookings with Vita Cruises:** If you booked directly with us, please call our dedicated cancellation line at 1-888-661-6786 ext 1011 to process your cancellation. – **Bookings through a Travel Advisor:** For bookings made through a travel advisor, please contact your travel advisor directly to handle your cancellation request.

**Refund Details:** – In the event of a cancellation, your refund will be issued as a voucher for the full amount paid. – Please note that if you cancel on the day of departure, a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund voucher.

**Cancellation Window:** – To avoid the 10% fee and receive a full voucher, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

**Voucher Receipt:** – Your voucher will be processed and sent to you within 10 business days from the date of cancellation. In cases where there is a high volume of cancellations, processing may take longer. – If you have not received your voucher within two weeks of cancelling your ticket, please contact us at 1-888-661-6786 ext 1011.
